Halo Assets Valued at $1.6 Million

Halo Assets Valued at $1.6 MillionAs of May 31st, 2011 ...

Company has $3,300,000 in cash

28,000,000 shares outstanding

At current share price ($.175) market cap is $4,900,000

Remove the cash component and the value given to all of Halo's assets is $1,600,000

According to a LOM report from Feb 2, 2010, the book value of Halo's properties was $13.9 million (and that's without the benefit of all the drilling over the past 18 months)

At this rate it won't be long before we're trading at cash value and become a great target for a hostile take over. You can purchase the company with its own money and get all the land and assets for free.

PS. Mark and Gang, you may want to take a look at the corporate website again as it doesn't appear to be working ... again.

As always, IMHO.
