On a day when most stocks were going down, CS went against the grain. I think their PR is excellent. I see more press releases from CS about good news than I see from most companies.
I have posted before that RBC appears impressed with the prospects that Santo Domingo can be brought into production without the need for raising additional funding - and that is a huge plus for Capstone and the calibre of management. If they can raise that baby without additional financing and stock price dilution - then you should feel reasonably good about that.
RBC's target is 4.00 for CS. Clearly that is huge upside to the current price. Secondly, it is obvious that the project being worked on will hugely increase the price of CS shares down the road. It is all about future prospects that causes shares to rise in price. It is about future value and that is why CS is a buy all the way to 4.00 plus.
