RE: Did someone sayI don't think Dixon is a bad person per say but he is a bad joke. It was his sole responsibility to ensure that documents supplied were complient and that the results were organized in a manner to tell a compelling story which would result in SP appreciation and the creation of value. It isn't his job to decide where the the drilling should be done or log the asseys. As a CEO he has failed in his mandate mainly because he insisted on doing everything himself and being too cheap to hire quality accredited staff to the detriment of the project. He has really committed an injustice to all shareholders including those in his family. Right now the best thing that could happen to JSP would be for Dixon to either relinquish control or die because his lack of knowledge and subbornness is not helping the company or benifiting the general group of shareholders. It's a sad fact but the visionary people that begin a project are liabilities later in the devolopment when you need people equipped to execute. Dixon, you had a great idea but failed dismally to execute - your time and utility have passed, please pass the torch on to someone more qualified. Everyone ( including your own family ) can see this need, you have to recognize they all can't be wrong. Dixon, I'm told you value accountability in those you do business with; it's time you stepped up to the plate to hold yourself accountable. You're past the point of providing excuses, you failed in your responsibility and you know it.
