RE: RE: RE: News I agree that MAA has screwed shareholders several times, but it is tough to swim upstream against the current. OPC shareholders have a very valid case, and last I checked they could not secure a lawyer on contingency. When it comes to "quality" class action suits, the lawyers find the cases, not the shareholders finding the lawyers.I think if they offered to renew the $.25 offer again, there would be a rush to the exit gates for most to cash in.
