What the hell's going on with this stock?

What the hell's going on with this stock?Everything in the market is up today, and this stock hasn't exactly been tracking the price of gold, so I would hardly expect a minor retrace in gold to have a big impact. Can anyone explain what's going on? Also, are there any analyst price targets on this stock?
