My point is, if Evergreen is using a five day MA to derive a value to MAA, some would see getting back to $.25 as a quality exit point. Plans change and for some (the large block this morning) it was the final screw over by MAA and their management.BTW, I have never, ever seen a company use a 5 day MA in a valuation. It is wrong, manipulative and criminal.
