Looks like Jason is once again, really going after the less sophisticated and ignorant investors who are unwilling to do any thorough Due Diligence on the company before investing.  That said, I'd be willing to bet that Jason and his crew are unloading shares onto the newbie’s buying on the back of this recent news release.  Ahh well, their loss and his crooked gain (again).
