Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. is a Canada-based mining exploration and development company. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration and evaluation of nickel and platinum group metals (PGM) mineral properties in North America. Its flagship asset is its 100%-owned nickel-copper PGM project, located in the Yukon Territory, Canada (Nickel Shaw Project). The project is in the southwest of Canada's Yukon Territory, approximately 317 kilometers (km) northwest (NW) of the capital, Whitehorse. The Nickel Shaw Project is a large undeveloped nickel sulphide project, with a unique mix of metals including copper, cobalt and platinum group metals. The Nickel Shaw Project has access to infrastructure, located three hours west of Whitehorse via the paved Alaska Highway, which further offers year-round access to deep-sea shipping ports in southern Alaska. The Company also maintains environmental baseline activities, considers optimization alternatives and seeks other opportunities.

RE: RE: i dont get it...Financing?I was very surprised that the stock jumped up so quickly today. Even more surprised it has maintained at or above $5. To me this is a clear indication that we will see a new 52 week high very soon. I expect that Sprott has a price they would like to see this stock at but it's more than Sprott that are buying up these shares. I still think we will see a $6 or more PP price. John Lee has stated that at $5.50 the stock is considerably undervalued. I just don't see him agreeing to anything under $6. Also, there are many firms that were courting John Lee and NKL to provide financing. Even at $6 and a $6.25 warrant there will be a large upside to the companies that write the financing. An 8% financing fee on $10M plus the broker warrants and it is a very lucrative deal that many firms will want a piece of.
