SIMBA IS FROZEN AT 10.5 -12. THE ASKS WENT FROM 11 TO 12 CENTS WITH NO TRADING AFTER THE INITIAL 66,500 SHARES TRADED AT 10.5 CENTS.  THE ASK S WERE BEING PULLED BACK AND THE NEW ASKS ARE HIGHER.

AM I TOO HOPEFUL????
