Easy....That is where al the Recent Action Has taken Place. A Whole New Shareholder Base has moved in here above
.40....ISD has YTD Traded over 150 Million Shares........I don;t think anyone owns shares @ these oversold levels anymore......ISD needs to undergo a Valuation Adjustment.....Just need a Catalyst to set it off.....I can Think of a couple.
