I really hope we dont do 5bucks. This whole scenerio is really beginning to smell!

to maintain the currently 9 pe, the stock price will be $5.31
This was the reason WIN was dropping from $9.40 to $5.41 @ at its lowest on 08/08/11
If I were AGF/ACUITY, I would have the avenue to get a tip on the MSD deal beforehand. What would I do? I would sell my stocks @ $9 or more and subscribed to the debenture (that's if I were forced to buy this shiiit)
