CUU Stock Price Manipulation

CUU Stock Price ManipulationWatch this...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNGCa2BD5Eg... and you'll see recent live order book activity from today (Aug 25, 2011). You'll notice BID/ASK flip back and forth from BID=1.57 / ASK=1.58 to BID=1.58 / ASK=1.59 repeatedly at about 1 sec rate... maybe a little faster. It was house 79 (CIBC) doing the work and it was coordinated so it didn't actually trigger a trade so it was obviously being managed by software. I noticed this going on this morning for several minutes right after open until someone eventually slipped in a 1.58 bid at 9:45 which triggered an immediate run-up to 1.62 after which things slowed down with a gradual decline in price.I decided to record this the next time I noticed this sort of thing happening and sure enough it happened recently (1:30pm or so). This is what you're seeing.I predict the next time it happens will be when a 3 cent BID/ASK gap opens up so house 79 can set their trap. The 3 cent gap refers to the gap between orders that aren't placed by CIBC.I'm interested in knowing what others think the perpetrator is trying to achieve.
