RE: RE: Carlos Andres Pump and Dump BS

RE: RE: Carlos Andres Pump and Dump BSWhoever thinks crime does not pay never met the legal god behind the genius of Serafino IaconoIf I could I would short the commons to zero thanks to early redemption clause BS they released today which like always they will pay a huge redemption block buyout to Serafino Iacono.Serafino Iacono is a bloody genius. He has figured out a way years ago to legally pull equity out of public companies for his private needs. From girlfriends , boats, to now blocks. https://www.secinfo.com/dsPav.33j.htm https://www.censat.org/articulos/10030-noticia/286-Coalcorp-in-messy-situation https://www.newswire.ca/en/releases/archive/April2009/30/c6883.htmlMark Maremont said it best about Tyco directors paying themselves bonuses to do what they are elected to do.Getting sued by Clinton’s Charity should raise flags but moreover how every judgement always sides with company insiders and never with shareholder’s is simply mind blowing. Another eye opener that I do not have a link to is when these directors were fired with cause and sued to return 160 million of public money they had allegedly used for personal use and some canadian judge signed off to a 15 million settlement.
