That is what dumbass investors always think is a good idea, and it is a great way to lose your shirt. How many have already "doubled DOWN" a couple of times, only to see the share price sink even further? You buy more of stocks that are doing well and going up, not ones that are stumbling and going down.
Interesting how people expose themselves for the amateurs they truly are.
