RE: LatestGrade control is probably now the major issue, they are still blasting in one shot, ore and waste together, the word stupid comes into mind, we are not mining rock its gold, they must all be smoking something.
Simple get on a plane, go visit other open pit gold mine and let us know which one blast ore/waste together.
