RE: what a bunch of crooksAlthough I would not buy in again (unless the stock moved up and these prices were a discount). It is positive speculation which is better than no news. Note I said speculation as I agree with you regarding the loosely worded non factual press release.

I wouldn't buy in again simply because I do not purchase rights offerings. 9/10 they are used to keep the lights on for another year for management.
