Question about production forecast

Question about production forecastIn last AGM presentation (page 11) management informed net current production of 100-500 bpd for Colombia, and 30-40 bpd for Guatemala, for a total  of 130-540 bpd.
Nothwithstanding that, they estimated an exit rate for 2011 of 2000-2500 bpd.

Do you know how are they planning to go from a current maximum production of 540 bpd to an exit rate of a minimum 2000 bdp?
