Gulf Keystone Petroleum Plc has put itself up for sale, asking for as much as 1.4 billion pounds ($2.3 billion), Sunday Times said.
Chief Executive Todd Kozel told investment banks he will start a “beauty parade” for advisers next month to explore the company’s strategic options, the newspaper reported, citing bankers it didn’t identify.
