63 days divided by 25 = one ship loaded every 2.52 days. They'd need a fleet of bulk carriers to make that happen. The logistics look impossible, especially if shipping to Asia.

If 5 million tonnes of iron ore to Asia is going to happen, year-round shipping with massive ice-breaking bulk carriers seems to be the only solution.
