Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: Still early on...How important is it that PCY has not reported how much they are selling the coal for? Would be nice to find out and then formulate the value of the agreement. I'm sure its a decent start and hopefully more contracts are close by.
Does anyone know if a test shipment to the Russian port has been completed?
