RE: The Conjecture..I agree. In my mind the only that he's done is " a poor job of being CEO " but that isn't against the law. If alphabet has incrimating documentation my first request would be he let Dixon know because in all likelihood they already know each other personally ( they could even be related ) to give Dixon a chance to change the direction. If alphabet really has the goods and Dixon won't listen then put it in the hands of one of the best legal systems in the world ( boy, if ours is one of the best can you imagine how bad the others must be ). And yes, I too have seen people try to maliouslly push the SP down for persoanl gain. I also agree that JSP does have some good property that should yeild value - I just don't think Dixon has the expertise or motivation to deliver - he was the right guy a long time ago but he isn't the right guy for the next phase..
