RE: ramblings on YPGOn the hostile buyout front, if someone like Paulson comes along like he did with Idearc in 2009, bids would, in the current situation, need to be substantially higher than the all-time lows we're trading at to gain any kind of shareholder support. Even on this front, YLO is trading at levels that are looking like a bargain.
If, you're betting on the company going belly up, then obviously, no share price is too low. However, in most of the recovery scenario's this thing is trading at bargain prices and someone is very likely to pick up on that fact sooner or later.
There's a lot of trading going on around this play right now and that makes progress challenging. However, one solid deep-value institutional buyer could make a world of difference on that front.
