ExtcffanNo one is happy with the SP,  but do you think it would be at this level if the market hadn't collapsed over the last few months?  Do you think the company would have had to lower the pp price if the market hadn't gone down the way it did? Do you think people have any less confidence in TCF than they do other stocks that are down 20, 30, 40, 50 percent over the last few months.  Stocks go up and down with the market as you know and when the market turns around so will the fortunes of TCF, and if you don't believe that surely you would have sold on the last NR. JMHO
