it is very easy to get the info off SEDAR. you can go to the company website and they have a link to sedar and their documents. lots of companies do it this way - NR that they have been filed and thats it. I agree that there seems to be a lack of interest from management- hopefully they find a new CEO soon -someone that can get some respect for QEI.
