Instead of complaining of ill-treatment, just give us a detailed analysis of what is a FAIR price. If the TRR offer is not fair, not one insider bought GLD shares in the last 12 months when the GLD price was even lower !! A lot of GLD shareholders were content with management in past few years which increased the number of GLD shares (170 mil+ diluted), but not the s.p. Unfortunately the strategy to ride TRR's coat-tails to a higher price hasn't worked. Even if you are not breaking even with the offer, you are more likely to see quick return on their shares from TRR than otherwise. JMHO.
