update reads......like an upside flyer to those that might be interested in a company looking for the ol' "alternative measures"
I have never been down on PMT's prospects... or their potential for profit... MY issue is a managment group that is reactive rather than proactive... ALL PMT's cash woes and production profile shortfalls could have been avoided had they moved towards liquids production a year earlier...had they moved to a corporate dividend paying model a year before the "deadline" I dare say they would not be sitting on the mountain of debt they now have... OF course you can say that hindsight is 20-20... My answer to that is simply that ... chance favours the prepared... and there are plenty of companies junior, intermediate and senior that saw the NG "glut" coming... there were several trusts that flipped their business model long beofre the deadline and ARE thriving... I EVEN suggest that there is at least ONE dry NG player STILL turning a profit in today's NG market...
In any case... I like PMT... they are going to make another company proud to own those assets Shammy is only to glad to hawk on PMT managment's behalf. It's just a shame manamgent wasn't doing that when the share price was challenging 52 week lows...
GLTA... it's MY opinion git yer own...
