protection of shareholdersBe wary of CEO's who promise to protect shareholders.  In many instances their number one priority is the accumulation of wealth for themselves and insiders, usually at the expense of shareholders.

If a large percentage of CCZ shares are held by insiders it is perplexing that they would not make an effort to support the declining share price.  Maybe they are content to just reap the rewards that come with hefty salaries and other benefits.
