FISH....You are right about the Prognoz  N R raising the HRG  SP up to 7.00....One month ago our committee for fair
play for HRG ,announced that our sell price for our 1.8mm shares would be 3.50 if their offer came before Sept. 1
That did not happen so our missouriminer group (fair play for hrg committee) decided to penalize Severstal for their
actions...beginning Sept. 10th we will add one penny per day per share to our sell price....Example: sell price on
Sept.9 will be 3.50...on Sept. 10 the price will be 3.51 per share...on Sept.11 - 3.52 and so on....on Oct.1 the sell price will be .19 more (or 3.71)...on Nov. 1 the price will be 4.01,etc. This way Severstal will know just how much
their poor business practices is costing them...I hope many more of our minority shareholders ill adopt this policy
and so state their decision on our bullboard rap sheet...GLTA and do not sell if youn donot have to...STAND TOGETHER FOR FAIR VALUE....missouriminer dad
