Hemostemix Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage biotechnology company. I've read the report. Their target is still $1.20, which is one of the lowest on the street, and they have been relatively neutral on HEM for quite some time now. However, even Dundee thinks the recent share price is ridicuous and so they shifted their recommendation to a buy (afterall, $1.20 is 45% higher then the current share price).
