You are correct that this is not necessarily a red flag. More like a yellow one, especially since more than one director is involved in these sales.
Also, this is such a short time frame. Wish I had the previous couple months of info as well to get a more complete picture, but you have to pay for that and I'm cheap. :-)
Actually drove by the Shafter site about fifteen years ago out of curiosity. Living in West Texas, I was familiar with it's history. Pretty desolate country from Presidio to Marfa. In fact that whole Big Bend area is like a moonscape.
