Mosaid deal with Nokia

I wouldn't worry too much about change of ownership clause in the Mosaid/Nokia deal. Simpy prudent on Nokia's part to protect itself against future possibility of Mosaid getting aquired by a competitor of Nokia's (ie Google, Apple, etc). I don't see any issue in the case of WIN aquiring Mosaid.
