still holding

still holdingpardon my ignorance but I tried to forget about this loser.

i am still holding and missed the 0.245 trading days and missed the opportunity to tender.  could someone please inform me of the approximate timelines associated with this mess; when is evergreen expected to get their 90% and when will my shares turn into 0.25 cash.
