Hostile TakeoverA hostile takeover is very complex. The very word hostile means an unwilling dance partner. Now look at how things are now developing. Mosaid has a deal that will be dissolved if there is another ownership party. Further they are actively searching for a White Knight. Mosaid share prices are on the move upwards
I posted my concern about this hostile manoeuvre by WiLan. It was a genuine concern as I am long on WiLan and still support this company for my own selfish gain. I am in this play to make money!
However when I voiced my concern "Skippy" and his seven stooges lead by 'the arab' immediately placed me on ignore.
Wi-Lan is a great play but we may be in for a temporary rough ride. We either must withdraw this hostile bid or be ready to substantially increase the offer. Mosaid has decided to play hard ball.
Guys, this is what I was saying from the beginning but it resulted in a 'witch hunt' lead by a fool that has no financial acumen.
WiLan is a great play but we may now become the target of a hostile takeover instead. There is a chance that we may lose this 20$ dream for WiLan.
Let's keep our fingers crossed as Skippy (hopefully) will have another play up his sleeve.
