Please provide a link to CFO resigning, I have not come across one at CNW , Stockwatch, Stockhouse nor Argent.canoe.ca. A Google search did not help.

Conway Board should have made an announcement about this, especially as you indicate Laurent Beaudoin CEO is taking on the additional CFO duty. With what is pending with Laurent Beaudoin and the AMF, something should have been announced regarding CFO resigning.
