Heavy pre-market action.

Heavy pre-market action.Multiple bids by multiple players this morning.  News out?  Basic search from past 24 hours turns up nothing.  If the market were to open up it would pop to 45 cents.  No new shareholders on the ASK side so far this morning.  All new buyers.
