Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, development and operation of renewable energy projects in Latin America. Its Vista Hermosa Solar Parks are located in the village of Vista Hermosa, Corregimiento de Pueblos Unidos, Aguadulce district, Cocle Province. Through its subsidiary Generacion Andina SAC, it owns 8 de Agosto, a Run of River hydroelectric operation.

And let's not forget Sinclair also bought above $2 in December, sinking 1.8M into the company or 6x his latest buy - just 2 months before the delays and the stock tanked. Obviously he has no clue what's happening on the ground.
