Although I will not participate in a rights offering, atleast the management is throwing out the bone that you own rights at ten cents for 2 years. Rather than the Oilsands Quest (bqi) rights offering that is higher than the current price of the share price. Bqi has since extended it so people have an opportunity to pay more for the share than on the open market for an extended period of time!

Oil exploration companies are always a long shot atleast this one seems to be attempting to do joint partnering. It would be a lot nicer if the joint company picked up the 200k price tag though.
