What you are saying really isn't outside the box 123, in fact, I think that is what most of us believe to be happening with regards to Severstal. The million dollar question is will they find "the guy" who will put them over the edge when the time comes? 

 

Sprott is often cited as having a huge interest in HRG and purportedly has a keen interest to see fair value for their investment. I am unaware of any other major holders who could tip the scales to the degree required. Even Charlwood only holds 5M shares and I have a strong belief that he is looking for a respectable payoff for his patience and efforts.



Oh yeah, I have read the statements on here with much bravado about how tight the shareholder group is and how they would never sell for anythig less than 2.50, 3.50 or 4.50.  But who is to say that is correct?
 


 

With all due respect, that statement is a little disrespectful. A lot of us guys here have been long on HRG for 5+ years and communicate frequently outside of SH. We are all of a firm belief that we are not going to have this golden egg stolen from us by any shady tactics.  You may doubt our resolve to see fair value but you would be making the same mistake as Severstal. 



I will love nothing more than to see them dump millions upon millions more into buying what they can, only to find out it's not enough to squeeze us out. Then they have a choice to make: pay us fair value ($3.50-$5.00 depending on how Prognoz shakes out) or promote the hell out of HRG to make their IPO fly high.



There's no doubt about it that this thing has many possible outcomes and the end is out of our control. We can only do what we can do, and we are doing it.




This is business indeed and I'm init to winnit. 



 

What you say doesn't come across as bashing, we have seen enough real bashers here, right Cowgirl911??? Sorry you missed out on all the "dead money"... hahaha, loser. This board has healthy discussions, disagreements and a lot of dreaming of what could be. Only time will tell.
