This Wardell report was part of the first ipo, I think.

While it gives a lot of info and details and Burrkins exploration details, here are 2 points that I have noticed at this time:

A)
The price of gold used was $ 900/oz

B)
"relatively high internal rate of return at nominal input parameters" --- see page 84

I am saving this PDF file to compare with future stuff.
