RE: RE: blue sky

RE: RE: blue skytony

just some comments

- if there's an offering at 1 for 15m shares, it buys ole time andcontinue to drill for 6-12 more months as you stated. meanwhile diluting and putting oleon the penalty box, we all know what happens when an offering occurs -stock goes the other way and it becomes dead money.

- chet may not want to sell, but if he's under pressure from two partners then he's got no choice - after all they own more of ojvg than ole shareholders. those two partners are not mine builders and operators and ole themselves will not build this on their own. is he also under pressure from gov't to get on with it? they want their piece of the pie too on royalties after all the gov't needs those tax revenues to support their country.

if you want 3 for ole today (or a market cap of  about 500m), here are a few things that needs to happen by tomorrow or the very latest the end of the month. listen up fantasy buyer group or whatever you are called.

- ole announces that it has proven and probable at a minimum 2m ounces.

- also announced they completed a bankable feasibility study stating that ojvg is worth 1.5b, stock goes from .91 to 3.00 by end of week. everyone's happy, somehow theuniverse align at the right time in favour of ole shareholders.

but wait what about those ole shareholders that are asking for 5, or 7/share? no problem, that's easy, here's how.

incidentally, ole found 800m of FREE cash will buy out the two partners for that amount. partners agreed as they want cash now. stock actually blows past 7 to 10 on the buying frenzy, valuing ole at 1.5b with no discount to the asset. once again the universe aligned for ole shareholders.

how are companies and their asset are valuated again? now they just have to mine the gold. now what?

well thats easy, that 2m ounces is actually one big block of solid gold worth 1.5b, no waste to remove, no need to put money into building a mine, who needs a mill? not us that's for sure, how many people do you need to haul that solid gold? one person and we're not paying him we're just going to give him lunch he should be done well before then,

wow that's shareholder value and it only cost me .91 cents! and best of all we'll get it all done by the end of the month.

again the universe aligned for the shareholders of ole. but wait a minute, what about those guys that bought it at 10 that allowed for people to exit at that price? what about us? well tough.

yup that's how the world works.
