RE: what is going on with management

RE: what is going on with managementNew BOD, all Chinese except one.Same Canadian Management team but they have added some Chinese managers (to complement, not replace) to the mix. So daily costs to run this company have actually gone up!!!Anything I comment on the SP will just get grilled!!! But IMO, if they are giving themselves a 5 day MA to assign a share value (minus 20% of course!). The SP will stay in the low 20 cent range and at the end of December once the float is diluted an additional 7% (as per PR), they will offer 25 cents again, touting that it is XX% over the 5 day MA or 20 day MA. They will then get the 90% required to take the rest down. That is the long route, they could also broker a private deal with whoever is buying (Chinese) on the open market and end this even sooner.IMO, anything greater than $.25 is out of the question. $.25 is now a best case scenario and straight out bullying in the low 20's is the worst case. They don't have to give any premium, and it is not hard to get a low MA that is favorable to Evergreen.
