The reason for the lawsuit against the individual being denied is because the Judge in the case granted the defendant not liable due to insanity (right Elaine).

Just kidding Board readers but my suspicion is this is Whimsical/Elaine once again spewing her excrement, unfortunately she prefers to hide behind aliases and computer screens rather then attend a courthouse like any other responsible mature businessperson would do.
