RE: RE: InsiderHe is also the Co-Chairman of Pacific Rubiales which have great sucess in Colombia.The Transportation costs for the Coal produced at La Caypa will fall if the Port of Puerto Brisa is completed.They will publish when and if they finalize a deal with Puerto Brisa S.A.
