Wanted to be a customer BUT??

Wanted to be a customer BUT?? wonder if anyone else had this experience. I   was in Toronto a few months ago Young and Bloor (The Source store and was told they no longer sell the product . Why ?  I asked. and I was told it didn't sell.  OK so by chance I was down in Florida at the Sawgrass Mall at the Radio Shack and they had the Tablet but none of the parts that attach to the devices tobe charged .The sale guy was trying to have me purchase some short wire thing that had a tiny hockey puck thing at the end and I didn't like it. SOOO I'm still looking but the guy in charge of marketing may need to really  do a better job. After all I  wasn't in Timbuktu.or Nunavut .....             Devon
