My guess is that the NR will not be released before two weeks, or arounf the end of September. I have reason to believe so and I could be wrong.
If you want to know why I have reason to believe so, just try to figure it your self, try to figure why someone would think so even if that one is wrong, just try to figure why I think so.
Hey do not take it against me if the NR going to be earlier, it is just guess and I could be wrong
