RE: At what stage do most

RE: At what stage do mostBuyout will not occur soon.  They brought in top management to get this baby into production.  They will do so and then entertain offers for takeover (that way they can maximize shareholder value).  If they sell now, bids will come in around $4-5 (because a great amount of risk still surrounds the project).  If they wait 2-3 years and get into production, it should be $10+.

Altius (owns 40% of ADV)has already worked with Cliffs on other projects in the area so I would think a discussion would be had.  Cliffs makes the most sence has they are on the East and West of ADV.  Plus they may end up sharing rail lines (discussion over sharing rail lines with Consolidated Thompson lead to the takeover).

Time will tell, but to get the most $, get it in production first (and try not to dilute shareholders with money raise...sell future production in exchange for capital).
