RE: RE: RE: If MSD is undervalued...Disagree actually...
WIN's share value has had the crap kicked out of it since the initial offer when in... One thing that is important to note here is that WIN has been able to gain another perspective of what it's share value should be valuated at ... and I say ... Scrap the deal ... and move on... let WIN regain some ground and move onto much greener Pastures...
MSD deal is crap... even the deal they did with nokia etc... amounts to crap... it is a bad deal for MSD ... let alone for WIN to be saddled with such a lame deal... there is nothing in MSD that is worth upping the ante to take on a Company that historically has been known for lack of revenues and making bad Deals... we at WIN do not need this noose around the proverbial neck of WIN shareholders..
TIME NOW TO MOVE on and WALK away from this somewhat flakely deal that was most likely arrived at out of EGO and or quite possible to get the determined value of WIN into the market from another perspect...
WALK away ... this DEAL stinks...
and WIN Value has suffered a great deal...
IT IS TIME that JS stop looking out for the ego and look more to the Shareholder Valuation... and WIN's Shareholders... each time the share valuation climbs he throws a wrench into the works and the Share Value DROPS and this go around it dropped big time ... look at what we were at prior to this and look where we are now... yes some market forces also had come into play ... but overall WIN share valuation dropped immensely it is TIME to stop this type of activity and Work to increase share holder value ... The average joe and joanette are tired of hearing the rhetoric it is time to move the Company Forward ... kick the DEAL to the curb... MOVE ON...
