RE: CedarW
RE: CedarW"You do realize that as an investor, your claim to the assets of Sino isbehind the debtors correct? If they demand full payment and Sino has noability to refinance, what do you think happens to the underlying valueof the company? Who would step up & loan a company money thatfudged 1/2 of their books? Preterist & RequiemD I guess. But whoelse? Is Chandler buying up their debt at 25¢ on the dollar? If not,why not? If the company is so strong you'd think that would be a slamdunk deal."
A fair assessment, CedarW. Well, except for who could step up to the plate (me or Requiem)...
If it is 50%, then I would consider that as a massive fraud and the company is toast. But if it is a few executives stealing funds from the company to line their own pockets, it is a completely different matter. People will be fired and charges made, but, and understand this, it is not a reflection of company policy and it sure isn't fraud. This happens all the time in the corporate world and companies do not go under for the embezzling of a few million by some criminals who are using the company for their own gain...
So, what if a few individuals are guilty of stealing from the company, say 10 or 20 million dollars worth. Would that sink the company? I don't think so.
But like I have been saying all along. The facts are still in the gathering stage. None of the allegations have been proven true. But on the other hand, some of the allegations have been proven false! But this does not matter to the marketplace one single bit...
And maybe Chandler was buying up the debt. Maybe not. We just don't know, do we?
