34yejhis english sucks hahhaha... The article was all about OIL, so his point was he will announce the findings of oil.... With that being published today, after last weeks... empty update (just depths and nothing else) its leaning towards he has got some news, and is waiting to let it go with proper data... (but I do understand your point) Putting his article together with a few other things and all the pieces of the puzzle seem to be falling in place...
