why wouldn't they have been offered to be part of the PP that was bought up by Wellington at I believe .36 with a half share warrant at (i don't recall right now) when BZA was looking to finance the mine

instead they are now buying up shares on the open market all the way from lets say .40 to .68
that doesn't sound like a smart move if you like the bottom line

and how do you get the 19% figure (is that just arbitrary?) 

I ask because when you become a 10% shareholders an equity you are considered an insider and would be listed as such!

Now you see I have been nice in my response to you (didn't call you any names) just a few observations and questions.

the behindaholes reply makes me think youlike AC's theory plus what you just posted on what's happening here but am hopeful you can contribute something meaningful to this board and look forward to your response
